Didn’t come with a measuring device, so I used a robitussin cup and tried to convert mls to the correct number of tsps. Made me a little sleepy and lessened the cough slightly…still woke up coughing throughout the night. Worked a little better than Robitussin DM syrup which did nothing for my cough.
